The BC Francophone Federation

I previously worked for The BC Francophone Federation, a local non-profit organization, where I was the Head of the Communications Department for two years.

I created, implemented and oversaw online & offline communications strategies to promote the organization.

I also led and trained the communications team (7 amazing assistants, copywriters and coordinators over 2 years).

"During my time at the BC Francophone Federation Alice lead multiple long-term projects with scare resources. Her approach to managing her staff is a good balance between giving them the tools they need (e.g. CMS training), holding them to deadlines, and pushing people to always improve their skills in a supporting manner. She instilled a friendly and respectful atmosphere in the office, with good direct communication."
